Unioto High School student Zach, his mother Rebecca Collins and ACLU of Ohio Legal Director James L. Hardiman discuss an incident in which the Chillicothe freshman was bullied and beat, they say, because of his sexual orientation. The ACLU has threatened legal action against the school district if officials there don't move to stop future bullying incidents:
